Lock-In, Get In The Zone And FInd More Flow
Use high-performance breathing, meditation and HRV biofeedback to train your brain and nervous system to peak under pressure.
Stress Less. Flow More.
Pack the power of high-performance breathing, meditation and HRV biofeedback into one, 15-min method that you can use anytime, anywhere to dissolve stress, boost your resilience and lock-in your focus.
Release Your Potential
Performance inconsistency is the number one problem all high-performers face. To show up at your best under competitive pressure, you need to have the ability to control your inner state at will. That means learning how to shift the performance state of your brain and nervous system in just a few breaths.
Shift Your Inner State faster
Learn how to shift your state from stress to force to flow, all in as little as 3-5 breaths.
level-Up How You Prepare
How you perform under pressure all comes down to how you prepare for it. Learn how to fine-tune the state of your brain and nervous system so that you can show-up more relaxed, resilient and ready under pressure.

The methods we use are not only backed by science - they’re used by the best in the world.
Since day one, all of our methods have been rigorously tested using biofeedback software. If a method doesn’t hold up under pressure, it doesn’t make the cut. It’s that simple.
What you get here is the byproduct of years of testing, refining and upgrading. At Peak Under Pressure, the goal is to cut out the bullsh*t and get to the core of what actual works when we’re under pressure.

Most clients start feeling results within the first week of training. That being said, the totality of your results through our programs depends on the quality and consistency of your practice. We are working on refining internal skills here. Like any skill, the more quality and consistency you put in, the better results you will ultimately get.
-
The baseline training commitment for our programs is 5-15 mins, twice per day. If you have the ability to add this into your schedule, then you have what it takes to make our base programs fit into your daily life.

Mental training focuses on optimizing our mindset and the thought patterns we have. This training method focuses more on the physical, optimizing how your brain, heart and nervous system respond and perform under pressure.
The important thing to understand here is that your thoughts are a reflection of the state of your brain, your emotions are a reflection of the state of your heart, and your physical performance is a reflection of the state of your nervous system.
The more you optimize the physical state of your brain, heart and nervous system, the more you naturally optimize your thoughts, emotions and physical performance.

Every breathing method is designed to help you produce a specific result. Methods like Box Breathing help you to relax. Methods like Wim Hof help you to energize your body and boost your immune system. Methods like the Oxygen Advantage help you to increase your CO2 tolerance.
The breathing method we use is specifically designed to help you do one thing: get in the zone under high pressure situations. That means conditioning your brain and body to be more focused, relaxed, resilient and ready in the heat of challenge.
Meet Riley
"Your ability to perform under pressure ultimately comes down to your ability to shift your inner state on-demand. ”
After completing a 25 year career in hockey, struggling with inconsistency and pre-performance nerves, Riley Sonnenburg wanted to know how he could train his brain and nervous system to perform better under pressure. This ultimately led him to complete his Master's degree in performance physiology where he was first introduced to the world of high-performance breathing, meditation and heart-rate variability biofeedback (HRVB) training.
During this time, the work that inspired him most was that of Evgeny Vaschillo, a researcher who worked with Russian astronauts and fighter jet pilots to develop a breathing method that would help them better mentally and physically perform under the stress of their extreme environmental conditions. After training this method himself, and then combining it with various high-performance meditation and HRVB training tactics, Riley knew he had something powerful that he needed to get into the hands of more high-performers.
Using biofeedback software to constantly test and refine his training method, Riley continues to teach high-performers how to take greater control of their nervous system state so that they can ultimately lock-in, get in the zone and experience more flow under pressure.
