There are 3 specific tactics that high-performers have been using for thousands of years to get in the zone and find more flow. When you integrate these into your breathing, trained as a 1-2-3 step process, you gain access to deeper levels of focus, resilience, and adaptability.

3) Biofeedback
This technology gives you the opportunity to see your real-time ability to make high-quality decisions under pressure. With the use of 3 different colour zones, you can easily see whether you are performing from an energy state of stress, force or flow.

4) Personal Coaching
Every high-performer has a different starting point. Virtual 1-on-1 coaching allows us to meet our clients where they are at, to move with the pace of their learning curve, and to maximize their training progress through the program. Sessions are 20-mins, once per week.

This breathing meditation method has been rigorously tested since it was first developed in the 1970’s. Originally designed to help astronauts and fighter pilots better mentally and physically perform under the challenges of their extreme environments, this method has since been applied to a wider range of high-performers, including Olympic athletes, Navy SEALS, Fortune 500 CEO’s and Wall Street traders. Most clients start seeing results within the first week of training. That being said, the totality of your results through the 4-month training program depends on the quality and consistency of your practice. We are working on refining internal skills here. Like any skill, the more quality and consistency you put in, the more direct your path to mastery becomes.

The baseline commitment for this program is 15 mins, twice per day for your daily training sessions and an additional 20-mins per week devoted to a 1 on 1 coaching session. If you have the ability to add these two time commitments into your schedule, then you have what it takes to complete the program.
